Letter headed 'Bimal Roy Productions' to A. Manchanda

"A friend of mine, who has been in Moscow for the last 6 months in connection with the joint project of Indo-Soviet film production, has been in London for the last week, but failed to contact me. This morning he was able to get me on his phone. He has to leave for India this evening. "
Manu wrote this in a letter to Claudia Jones in 1959. Bilal Roy was on the international jury of the Moscow Film Festival that year. The film-maker's letter is undated but it's reference to Claudia and discussion of whether or not it would be a good idea for Manu to return to India appear to connect with Manu's 1959 letter. Who wrote the letter? Was it Bimal Roy or a colleague of his?
